Google Maps has added a Questions & Answers feature for customers to learn about your business before they arrive. It’s rolling out to Google Maps for Android and in mobile search.
By clicking on your business listing the user can pose any question they like about your business. Business owners and trusted Google users can respond publicly to the question. You can also ‘upvote’ useful information and this makes it more likely to be displayed prominently.
It’s a great opportunity for you to be seen as a responsive business owner by replying promptly to questions.
To see the new Question & Answer section in Maps and in mobile search, go to the local business listing after you’ve pulled the place up on an Android device.
